Following the passing of the Auditors Oversight (Amendment, Validation and Repeal) Act in May 2026, which will result in the dissolution of the AOA, Ernst & Young Ltd. and KPMG LLP withdrew from the Register of Recognized Auditors effective 30 June 2026.
Both firms were in good standing with the AOA at the time of withdrawal.
